Some Adswap Sites
I hate doing these video’s, I have to admit I would much prefer to just write but I felt it would be easier to get this across to you on a video. So let me know what your thoughts on the subject are in the comments section.
These are just three of many adswap sites out there so if you know of any more that you have had success in, please feel free to put them in the comments aswell and don’t forget if you want more info on the site that I am going to be setting up with Paul Wilson in the near future then hit the Friends tab at the top of the page and enter your detals.

Hi James,
Good video. I watched it on YouTube then migrated on over here. (I rated it too JFYI)
You are 100% correct when you recommend the power of Adswaps for list-building. It really is a case of people helping people spread the word about good, helpful and usefull FREE products.
The absolute KEY, of course, is to be 100% up-front and honest with your Adswap partners AND with your product. We have all been conned and dudded by unscrupulous swappers. (I call them list rapists incidentally) But these people – despite their short-term gains – will end up being the long-term losers.
Who, in their right mind, would want to swap a second time with a person like that. As an example, I have recently done a second adswap with both Phil Morgan and Randy Koehler. These guys are GREAT swappers and very honest guys. In fact, I’m pleased that you included Phil’s video below yours. In it he highlights all the “RUDE” things that you simply should NOT do when adswapping.
Oh, before I forget too, James, thank you very much for linking to my Adswap book there. In it I EXPLAIN exactly how to go about adswaps. So, with your video, Phil’s video and my e-book EVERYBODY will be able to understand the concept, the “rules” and also how to grow their list exponentially using this technique.
Well done James! I shall be referring people to your blog here.
Regards
Gary Simpson
PS: The people who prefer to dud and con and play games when Adswapping will soon find that none of the good swappers wanna play those games with them any more. Then they will be forced to go and find new “bunnies” or swap with the same sort of swappers that they are – a bit like what inmates do to each other in prison…

Hey Gary,
First off rather than you thanking me, I would like to thank you for letting me include your Adswap book here.
It was a great help to me in understanding all about adswaps and I am sure it will be of great help to all who download it and take the time to learn from it.
I think as you say with the two video’s and your Adswap book there is no reason for anyone not to know how to do an adswap.
Thanks again,
James

Hey James,
Good video my man and a subject that is well worth talking about.
As you know, I have been swapping for a similar amount of time as yourself and I have watched my list grow by a few hundred in a few weeks. These kinds of results are almost impossible to replicate in any other list building method, particularly when you’re business is still in its infancy.
I certainly recommend having other list building rods out there but as far as quick list building goes I would say that adswaps are the biz.
And I look forward to your site with Paul. I’ll be sure to be one of the first to have my name down there and as I’ll own a list of over 1000 by then I’ll be glad to swap with a few folks starting out to help them as others have helped me.
Best regards
Andy

Hey Andy,
Thanks for stopping, I don’t think I could do the resulst justice by just writing them, and I think you I both know it would be daft not to get involved with adswaps.
As for the new site first I have an ebook to write and then I might hit you up for some graphics on the site as we will be needing a logo of some kind not sure what to go for yet still thinking of the domain name to choose, I have the script and it will be easy to set up when I have finished my current projects.
I hope others feel the same as you and I and are willing to swap with the smaller lists. This is why I want to get the site set up, to help those that are looking for adswap partners but don’t quite have the list size that people want.
You have to start somewhere and without the break and help that we had the results we are getting now might not have happened. I for one am willing to post for the smaller lists when it is all set up
Cheers and I’m sure we’ll talk soon,
James

Hi James,
Great post mate, and your video fine so props to you for doing it.
Thanks for the links I’ll check them out, although I’ve not quite got the list size to start doing adswaps just yet, it is getting there slowly but surely.
I look forward to the release of the site that you and Paul Wilson are going to be setting up, and organising some swaps on there too.
Speak soon,
Paul

Hey Paul,
Thanks, they are just three of many sites out there, I know you have quite a small list but as soon as I have a slot open I will be doing a mail out for you my man.
Especially as I am in your ebook
Anyone that has not got Paul’s Traffic Guide For Newbies it is well worth a read, he has done a lot of research on this and I know myself that these traffic tactics do work and since it is free you might as well go grab it now.

Hey James,
Thanks for making this video and providing the links. I was lucky enough to get to review a pre-launch version of Gary’s Adswaps eBook – it’s a great resource and, like you, I HIGHLY recommend it!!
I haven’t got around to doing adswaps yet but my list is growing well so I expect to be ready by the time your project with Paul is released.
Looking forward to it!!

Hi Rob,
Thanks for the visit.
Yes even if you are just thinking about doing adswaps then Gary’s book will help you out a lot.
You should get onto those swaps right away no matter what your list size there is always people willing to help out. As long as your honest about the list size of course, even if it means that you have to post twice for someone to make up the numbers it is always worth it.
Great blog by the way and loved your report.
Thanks,
James

Hi James,
I’m new here but the great content and advice your giving here will win you a lot of respect.
I was lucky enough to swap with you – even though I have 22,000 subscribers, swapping with you was probably the easiest and hassle free swap I have EVER done.
I highly recommend you guys all swap with James – you wont be disappointed.

Cheers Ray,
I have to say you have given me the most new members to my list then any of my other swaps so far, so a big thank you for giving me the chance of a swap with you.
And thanks for the kind words.
Talk soon,
James

Hey James,
Just watched both videos and thought they were great. I pretty much laughed all the way through Phil Morgan’s video as it seemed he was taking the words right out of my mouth. I don’t understand why people have to use these kind of dishonest tactics. Are they that stupid to think that it won’t catch up with them and eventually no one will do any business with them.
I get these all the time, “RE: Your Affiliate Commissions” and “Congratulations You Made a Sale”. These piss me off so much I just delete them immediately. I admit they caught me the first few times because I do get commissions sometimes and I have no idea where they came from so I get suckered into opening these emails. Not anymore. If I really got a commission I’ll find out when I check my payment processors.
The old saying goes, “Honesty is the Best Policy”.

Hey Jeff,
I hate the commission emails and you have payment waiting type ones, these days if I see one of them I tend to unsubscribe as like you I get payments from all sorts of places and don’t keep track.
thanks for the visit,
James

Great that I’ve found three adswap websites from here
February 8th, 2010 at 4:45 pm
Hey James, thanks for the videos. I believe they will make swaps more convenient for all of us.
Here is another site to your list: http://www.safe-swaps.com
It’s different from these other sites, which only list ad swap offers.
Best, Uncle Dimitry
