So, I feel as though this blog post has been coming for some time but it has never felt like the right time to do it, is there ever a right time to quit?

After years of struggle and jumping from one thing to another I just can't take anymore and have to give up.

It's not an easy thing to do for me as I have been doing it for so long, but now since I have made the decision I finally feel like I am free at last and can shout to the world.
I QUIT....

So, I feel as though this blog post has been coming for some time but it has never felt like the right time to do it, is there ever a right time to quit?

After years of struggle and jumping from one thing to another I just can’t take anymore and have to give up.

It’s not an easy thing to do for me as I have been doing it for so long, but now since I have made the decision I finally feel like I am free at last and can shout to the world.

I QUIT….

My DAY JOB That is

I have been manager of the same store for just under 9 years as well as doing bar work for a lot of that time but on Monday the area manager said he was paying a visit so I thought that was an idea time to hand in my notice earlier than I intended, I was going to hand it in on the first of March to make sure the store was covered but though why not just do it now.

So the 25th Feb will be my last day working for others and I am going it alone. I have to say it wasn’t a bad job really, if it was I would have moved on long ago but I was left to run things on my own and only had a visit from the big bosses every few months but of course this is what I have been working towards all along.

Haven’t we all?

So I guess now the hard work really begins but at least I will have the time to put more into it now, (if my wife doesn’t give me too much to do around the house) I think I am going to busier than I have ever been and can’t wait to get started with things.

I have a lot of planning to do before I get started with a lot of the things in the pipeline but I have no doubt the all will be good.

Not sure why I started this so late as it’s almost 1am here and I still need to get up for work, these last few weeks are going to be the hardest ever to do me thinks and I will be counting down each and every second.

I hope I can get back into blogging a bit more for you when I have the time as it has been so hard with very limited time to get everything done to be able to get where I am but it just goes to show that if I can do it anyone can do it.

From working full time with two jobs most of the time and not forgetting being a father of 3 children which takes up the rest of my time (in a good way) to having all the time and freedom I need.

I hope you get there soon too.

For now a very good night

James

So that is why you not only need to back up EVERYTHING but make sure you do it to an external source.

I have to say in a way it’s great as it’s like starting fresh with no distractions, no products collected cyber dust. I miss some of the software the most that I bought and payed for but of course all my passwords and the emails I paid with were all safely stored in a notepad file.

What would you miss most if you lost it all?

At first I didn’t think I would miss much and saw it as a get chance to get started over but as the days go by I realize how much I used the stuff, even down to a simple html editor that I knew how to use very well to tracking and link building software.

It has also set me back a bit as I have not been blogging of late as I have been focused on a site for CPA and had a few hundred links that I needed to do some sharing and back linking with but never mind I have been planning to create a different site for a while and I have now moved my focus onto that end. All I need now is an html editor that doesn’t make me feel like throwing this PC out the window (no that’s not what happened to the last one).

But first though. A cup of Tea.

How To Add An Avatar To WordPress.

So this post has come about after an email I got from a visitor on one of my niche blogs.

It was a nice email to say they liked one of the posts and had found it really helpful so I decided to reply,

I thanked her and asked why she had not just left a comment on the blog instead of emailing me as it would of been easier. The reply I got was “I don’t like to leave comments as I don’t know how to add an avatar to wordpress and it makes me feel stupid when everyone else has one”.

So For All Those That Don’t Know How To Add An Avatar To WordPress

You will kick yourself when you see how easy it is.

Head to gravatar.com

Hit the login/signup link and after you confirm your email address you will be asked to create a user name and password.

Once that’s done simply hit the Add One Here Link.

Once you have either uploaded your image or added your image url you are done.

Told you it was easy you can also add more than one email address so if you have different websites that you are branding with the same image or logo you can create some great back links with commenting on relevant blogs with your sites and your image and if you don’t know by now that blog commenting is a great way to get traffic to your site you should check out the post I did a while ago on How To Get Website Traffic HERE.

Now I think this has to be the shortest post I have ever done but if it helps a few people out then it’s all good

And that’s how to add an avatar to wordpress.

When you are building your list and gaining lots of subscribers it's quite easy to be distracted by the numbers.

What you NEED to remember though, is that each one of those numbers on your list is a person...

Your subscribers in most cases I would say are your business and you need to remember that they are just like you. They may be a few steps behind you or even a few in front but either way you need to remember who you are marketing to.

Don't get me wrong, I am by no means perfect and have been guilty many times of just seeing the numbers when I log into my Aweber account but, try and see it from their point of view with every email you send and I'm sure you will get a much better response from the people that have joined your mailing list.

Try and find out WHO you are marketing to, by that I mean try and see the person you are sending it too whether it's Rod, Jane or Freddie stick the the image of that person every time you write an email. Stick with that person even though they might not be real, try to imagine what they do for a living what they earn and what they really want from you.

You might say, that's easy, they want to earn money online.

But WHY do they want to earn money online??

When you are building your list and gaining lots of subscribers it’s quite easy to be distracted by the numbers.

What you NEED to remember though, is that each one of those numbers on your list is a person…

Your subscribers in most cases I would say are your business and you need to remember that they are just like you. They may be a few steps behind you or even a few in front but either way you need to remember who you are marketing to.

Don’t get me wrong, I am by no means perfect and have been guilty many times of just seeing the numbers when I log into my Aweber account but, try and see it from their point of view with every email you send and I’m sure you will get a much better response from the people that have joined your mailing list.

Stick with that person even though they might not be real, try to imagine what they do for a living what they earn and what they really want from you.

You might say, that’s easy, they want to earn money online.

But WHY do they want to earn money online??

They might want to earn money online to quit their job, but again why?

They might want to spent time with their wife/husband and kids or maybe they have no kids and just want to quit to have the freedom to travel the world as and when they please.

As my youngest daughter would say, why dad why?

When you find out the who and the why you are in a much better position to help them do what they want.

Is the latest push button app (that’s really a sever base software and not an app at all) really going to help the house wife/husband you are sending your email too really going to help them in their life?

Or is the latest autoblog trick to beat the panda (I feel sorry for the panda) really going to help the business man replace his $35k wages????

What? Did you say NO?

Then don’t send it to him or her depending on who you have chosen of course, I would even go as far as to give them a name and age (of course when mailing don’t be sending all your emails with the name on, unless you know your list of 1 – 100k are all called John)

Just try and picture the person you have created when doing what you do. Crikey I don’t mean that you have to make them your new best friend or anything, although if your into that then by all means do

You might even have some online friends you could think of that would be a perfect fit for this, try to think of them when you do it and send you emails as if you were sending it to them alone. If you don’t have any online friends that are a fit as none of your fiends believe in what you do (think anyone who starts up online has been there) join some forums, connect on Facebook or Twitter and find the person you are marketing too.

Another way to find who you are sending to and what sort of experiance they have is to simply ask them.

Survey monkey is free to use site where you can create a survey to send to your subscribers so you can find out a bit more about them and what they want.

Right I am going to go give my daughter some time, after clearing up the building blocks that is so please let me know what your thoughts are and leave a comment below.

Cheers.

Everybody you ask in Internet marketing will agree that 'the money is in the list'.

From day one, you should be wanting to be capturing leads and then communicating with your sign-ups effectively.

In fact, list building should be the one thing you focus on before all else and you don't actually have to own a website to start this essential process.

A well known way of list building is by using Joint Venture Giveaways, and you can see one that I'm currently involved with here:

http://www.inyourfacewisdom.com/kf8

Giveaways dominate in the Internet Marketing niche, but are not only found in the IM niche as you can also find them in other popular niches like Health and MLM/Network Marketing and so on.

This Giveaway is concentrating on video training resources.

The basic process goes like this:

# A hosts will set up and advertises a JV Giveway event.

# Contributors (like me, and if your wise you) sign up and add their 'gifts' or free products to the website ... these are usually e-books, software packages, audios or videos.

# The gifts are given away, hence the name GIVEAWAYS, but members have to sign up to the contributor's email list in order to receive their gift ... That's why this is agreat 'list building exercise' for contributors

# The gifts are given away, hence the name GIVEAWAYS, but members have to sign up to the contributor’s email list in order to receive their gift … That’s why this is agreat ‘list building exercise’ for contributors

# After the JV contributor period has ended and all the gifts are in, the doors open for members to sign up and take their choice from the products on offer.

# The first few days of it opening is usually a mad rush and the members can quite often be like kids in a candy store grabbing every download they can get, a lot of these products also come with resell rights so can be sold on by the member for extra profit.

# Members and JV’s alike are encouraged to promote the JV Giveaway, and quite often there can be incentives for doing so.

# Credits or commissions are usually awarded for referring people and possibly downgrade penalties if nobody is referred.

Quite often people sign up to Giveaway events just to grab the freebies on offer, and there is nothing wrong with this as this is what they are there for.

If people didn’t do this, the marketers would not generate any new leads … so a Giveaway thrives on its ‘freebie seekers’.

However, there is no better place to be – if you’re serious about your online business and your list building – than at the front of the queue … and that means being on board as contributor and taking an active part in a Giveaway.

For first-timers, it’s best to take a free listing … most, if not all Giveaway events, offer a free listing option.

At http://www.inyourfacewisdom.com/kf8 there’s even a ‘Newbies Bootcamp’ which shows you exactly how to create a first listing at absolutely no cost to you whatsoever … and challeges you to sign up your first 10 referrals to convince yourself that this process really works.

Once you’re convinced about the process, having ventured nothing but your time, you can start to get really involved and get the additional benefits of taking an upgrade.

When you do this, you get text adverts and One Time Offers, as well as the ability to list more of your products.

Most Giveaways are so reasonably priced, you only have to sell one of your One Time Offers and you’ll have earned your fee back.

So, what are you waiting for?

Whatever niche you’re in, there’s bound to be a benefit in taking part in these Giveaway events.

Sign-up at http://www.inyourfacewisdom.com/kf8 right now and convince yourself that Giveaways really are the place to be if you want to build a list fast.

I hope to see your name at the top of the leader board at http://www.inyourfacewisdom.com/kf8!

Giveaways are a great way to start building your list and best thing is you can use them free.

I was using giveaways a lot last year with great success.

BUT...

The time it takes to sign up then add your gift really put me off and I stopped using them for a long time
It is only recently I have started back up and as you can see on my giveaway page here I need to update
them.

That's another problem as in order to keep your gift ranked you need to promote the giveawy the you join.

Push Button Giveaways 2.0 solves both those problems as not only makes it push button easy to join the jv giveaway events, (YES IT REALLY IS A CASE OF PUSHING A COUPLE OF BUTTONS) it also gives you a url to promote that contains all the giveaways that you have joined making it simple to promote them too.

How cool is that?

Niche Reaper Review

In an internet marketing world where every market seems saturated it can be disheartening trying to do keyword research to find a niche that you can make money in.

So imagine if you could know what makes a profitable niche and how to choose the right one from the start…

This would save you months if not years of trial and error and also save to a lot of wasted money while following the wrong niche.

I wasn't going to write about this today but I was checking out one of my blogs last night and noticed that although I had WP Lapdance installed I had not added the right url into the redirect option in it so after correcting that issue I woke up to find an extra $109.96 in one of my Clickbank accounts.

earnings thanks to wp-lapdance

Now I can't just put it down to WP Lapdance but the only change I made to the site was checking my links and this time adding the right one. Oops I had been testing this for a while too so I dread to think how much I have been missing out on.

Anyway if you don't know about WP Lapdance, it's a simple plug-in that just takes a couple of minutes to set up (if you do it right of course) and from there you can create exit pop ups. Not just any old plain Grey ones like most though with this handy little plug-in you can add clickable text, images and even video right into your pop-up. How cool is that.

Have you ever attended a webinar?

If you have was it worth your time?

Did you learn from it or did you switch off because you knew there would be a sales pitch at the end of it?

The reason I ask is because there is a lot of money to be made doing webinars, not that I have done any but know plenty of people that do and have great results from doing them. If you are on the right ones you can learn a hell of a lot in a short amount of time.

The thing is though, everyone is jumping in and trying it and like most things some are better at it than others and that's where the problem starts.

Good on these people for trying hell I don't think I could do it myself so I am not going to knock them for trying and I am sure that they will get better but I have been on a couple and at the end I am left with an empty note pad next to me wondering what I was suppose to learn from it.

Then you get the few that are top notch and I end up with a few pages of notes and wanting to take action from what I have just been taught and since it was so good you think if they are doing another one I am going to do my best to get on them, hell yes..

Two that spring to mind as giving great content whenever they do a webinar are Alex Jeffreys and Dean Hunt..

I was on Alex's coaching course so I know that he puts his all into whatever he does and he tends to over deliver whenever he can, I might be biased as his course was so good but I tend to jump on any of his webinars if I can and suggest you do the same. He has made more money from giving away solid information than anyone I know. Check out his proof of earnings and his latest insider information below.

He is offering his insider information and it's not your normal "loophole", or "glitch" software type thing... not even close.

Dean Hunt is someone I only came across a few months ago thanks to Phil Henderson and the power of Facebook.
I was on one of his webinars and man I don’t think I have taken so many notes before he certainly knows how to give great content and the good thing is when you get a webinar invite from him it’s not a case of thinking not another one from him he can’t have anything left to teach because he gets top notch guest speakers involved so it’s always something new.

I have to be honest and say a couple that Dean has done have not been for me, that’s only becuase the information was not suited for what I was doing not that the content was of any less value than the rest, but that’s the thing his webinars are so different that he gives content for everyone at some point so if ones not for you his next one might just have the content you were looking for.

Signup below for a chance to see his On Demand Cash Vault webinar replay
Click Here To Get A Chance To See The On Demand Cash Vault Replay

With all that said, what’s your view on webinars?

Do you feel more often than not that you take something away from them?

Let me know below,

Cheers,

So, today I thought I would add my thoughts on the Google Sniper 2.0 System by George Brown
being released on the 14th Feb.

I bought the first Google Sniper when it came out but only put it to use early last year.

The thing about the google sniper system is that it is so easy, even the newest of newbies will
have no problem following George's teaching and I myself was amazed at the results.

Number 1 position in Google for the product I chose to promote that has led to earning hundreds
and hundreds of dollars of just that one product. Now the product I chose was only a $12 product
but I used that product as I had tried and tested the methods in it and new it was a great one
to promote.

Need some proof?

The product is income supremacy and after a year without me touching it, it sits in number one
position even with search results of about 2,030,000 (well last time I checked).

Take a look yoursef, just type in income supremacy and see if my site is still there.
My name and picture are on the site so you'll know it's mine :-)

That's the sort of results you can get by following the Google Sniper System and Google Sniper 2.0
is set to be even better.

Now I guess I went a bit off topic with that but it shows it works, I have done a more indepth review
site you can check out below. I also think that this product is so good that I am giving away video
cameras worth more than the product itself, plus much more as a bonus if you grab it when it's launched
on the 14th Feb from my link.

Click Here To Check Out My Google Sniper 2.0 Bonus Pack.

And don't forget to check out his free content while you can here

Have you used the Google Sniper System to make money online?
What was your results with the system or what if anything is putting you off trying it out?

Let me know.

Cheers,

James Howard
