Providing value on Twitter (or anywhere else) pays back to you way more than spamming, plus you can proudly look at yourself in the mirror.

Twitter does have a lot of spam but as soon as you see it just unfollow them.

The value you get is from the relationships you can build if you do it right. I have met a lot of great people on Twitter and found some useful help also as you can see in the blog post of mine.

It really depends on what you want from it the people I have met are like minded people who are into internet marketing but not in a spam way, I got to know a few of the people on Alex Jefreys course from there and often visit their blogs as they do mine.

I would say that’s valuable traffic and it’s a great way to meet future JV partners.

I agreed with what your saying. I use Twitter to build relationships with like minded people and to share valuable information that I think will benefit people. I am also using Tweet Deck for grouping people, like friends and people that I really want to keep in touch with and read their tweets.

Hey great post I have three twitter accounts my main one where I have nearly 4000 followers I use for just tweeting about giveaway events. Then I have another one just to tweet with cool people from alex and deans course, where I wanna keep in touch with people and build JV partnerships.

I think it is an ongoing battle.

Thanks for the twitter tips. Personally, have been having a hard time weeding out the spammers on my followers list.

But as you say, its a great place to meet new people and find a couple future JV partners all around the world.

Got to spend more time doing just that.

Paul, You know what? I have been looking at that title and thinking somethings not right there. I think my next post is going to be. How to create traffic with misspelt words, as this has been going great for traffic. Think I’ll have to keep it like that now. lol I have not really got into TweetDeck I suppose it’s because I getting hooked on Twitter and I am on there most nights so I can keep an eye on things anyway. But I have found it to be EFFECTIVE.
